WE ARE OPEN….. Daily 9 am to 5 pm
Lilies in Bloom is fast approaching! July 20th… 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Great food …. beef on a bun with all the fixings, delicious rhubarb or apple crisp with ice cream & refreshments…served from the Porter log home.
Listen to the great music provided by local musicians. Bring your lawn chairs or sit at one of the umbrella shaded picnic tables to visit with friends & enjoy your lunch! Go for a wagon tour of the nursery or walk the trails on your own & see the many unique trees (most are now labelled thanks to Dale Kuhn)…. stop for a break at one of the picnic tables to just enjoy the day!
We still have a great variety of fruit trees, ornamental trees & shrubs to choose from but…. they are going fast so make sure you come out any time to get the best selection.
Lilies & perennials! Yes we have lots of variety there too!! Come & see what you can add to your flower beds!
The Gift Shop is stocked with lots of goodies as well! Homemade Jellies… plus gift ideas, gardening tools-seeds and if you want something for a friend and don’t know what to get….. we have gift certificates available to purchase.
Please note: Admission to our events has gone up for the first time since we first started having events back in 2001!
Just want to come for a visit…. that is great! Bring your picnic lunch and enjoy the beauty of the grounds, take a stroll to see what growing and what you can see. No charge for a visit!

Are you having a lily festival this year? If so, do you have a date booked yet?
Thanks

Your website is great however I’m trying to locate on the map where the farm is located& the only map I seem to find is a mAp of the property. Hope we can find you tomorrow
Hi, if you look on the map page there are two maps. One shows the map of the property and the other shows the location of the property. In fact, on both maps you can zoom out on the map to see the surrounding area. Hope that helps. To get to the Nursery go 6.9km (4 miles) directly south of Parkside from Highway 40 and turn west for 1.66km (1 mile).
There was many interest things at the show enjoyed it very much , looking forward to the next one!!
How do I get on your website.
Hi!
I was given your web site by a friend.
Do you have a price list and a list of the lilles that you have. I would be interested in taking a look.
Thank You
Judith
Hello Judith
Yes we do have a list of lilies that are available to order for mailing out in Sept of this year. If you would like a list please send a request to our email address:
honeywoodn8@gmail.com and we will be happy to send you the list.
Lovely website and I especially like the lilies. Wonderful!
I hope to visit some time.
Thank you!
Could you please share some photos of the inside of the log cabin. And, can you also clarify if you serve food or if visitors must bring their own drinks and food? Thanks
Hello Karen, We do not have food for sale other than at our events. You are more than welcome to bring a picnic lunch to have outside on the picnic tables or inside the house.
Will check for pictures of the inside of the house & email if we have anything.
Are you still having the “Lillie’s in bloom” today?
I am interested in purchasing pink & white martagon lillies for this fall. Will you have any available? Also, are you open to the public this summer to view the lillies? Thank you!
We are hoping to receive some new martagon lilies in August but do not know the colors or varieties as yet.
Thank you for giving us the privilege of visiting a corner of paradise.
Thank you for visiting and we are happy you enjoyed our nursery

Hi. I am wondering when you expect lilies to be blooming, saskatoon berries and raspberries ready for picking by the public. I realize it depends on the year but we happened to be there when this was all happening at the same time. We wish to bring friends with us so they can experience this. Thank you.
